In order to mitigate the risk of future claims, building warranty providers need to know that the properties they are providing cover on, have been constructed properly using best practice techniques and in accordance with the appropriate regulations.

We provide a comprehensive periodic inspection service to check for defects and failures at key stages of construction. In addition, we review all relevant technical documentation and produce technical audits throughout the build.
