2. How we use it
Marketing Communications
We use your personal data for responding to your inquiries and/or sending you relevant material. This will include:
• Collecting business contacts in the business to business sector of the real estate market
• Notifying our contacts on our database of available offices
• Sending our contacts on our database market research and industry insights we feel are relevant.
We process this data on the basis of your consent and/or legitimate interest in marketing to individuals with an interest in our services. Individuals are able to opt out from emails at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link present at the bottom of every email communication we send.
We will contact you in relation to services we feel will be useful for you by email or by phone. We may also monitor and/or record outbound calls made to our clients for our legitimate interest in monitoring and training purposes.

We use your personal data, and data collected through cookies, to improve the functionality of our website. 3. How long we keep it
We will keep your personal data received through inquiries in forms on our website for two years, after which we will ask you again for consent to continue to receive marketing information from us. We will keep data you send us in relation to vacancies for the duration of your application and up to one year after in order to offer you new opportunities, unless you opt out of this, or extend this period with your consent. We will keep our outbound call recordings for a period of one year for monitoring and training purposes.
4. Who we share it with
Your personal data will be stored in our personal server which is a virtual server, OVH and located in the UK. Additionally, we also store your personal data used for marketing purposes in our Salesforce CRM database, hosted in the USA. Salesforce have certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield certification, which allows us to legally transfer your personal data to them. We may also occasionally share your personal data with our trusted partners in the real estate sector, which are based in the European Economic Area (EEA).
5. Your rights
You have several individual rights in relation to your personal data that we collect, which we are committed to respecting. In particular, you have the right to:
• Request a copy of your personal information
• Request any inaccuracies in your personal information be corrected
• You may also ask to object or restrict the processing of your personal data and have your personal information erased, where appropriate.

Online Advertising: We use google/doubleclick and AdRoll cookies to advertise our services again across the internet to users who have visited our site previously. The information is depersonalised, meaning it cannot be tracked back to individuals. It does allow us to provide tailored ads to multiple anonymous lists. This could be based on who viewed or did not view certain pages on our site. Other ways that this can be used include interest based, audience based or demographic & location based information.
