We are currently looking for an experienced RICS building surveyor to carry out building surveys and project management services in the South West.

You will be working very closely with the managing director, however, the chosen candidate will be expected to work autonomously.

There is great career potential for the candidate to eventually run the building surveying department as an equity partner.

The candidate must be:

-RICS accredited

-Proactive

-Self-driven

-IT proficient and used to working with Microsoft suite

-Minimum of 1 years’ experience undertaking residential building surveys

The role is home-based and remuneration (at least initially) will be based on the number of surveys carried out. Expected to earn between £45 – £65k in the first year.
